Items purchased at Horton & Converse may be returned to our stores within 10 days of purchase for exchange or refund. Original receipt is required and product must be unused and unopened. Items will be returned for the full purchase price and refunds will be issued in the original method of payment. For any return, you will be asked for valid photo identification.
Hygiene related items and prescription medications can NOT be returned.
