Return Policy

Items purchased at Horton & Converse: ALL SALES ARE FINAL! No refunds, exchanges only. Original receipt is required and the product must be unused, unopened and not damaged. Hygiene-related items, special orders*, and large items cannot be returned.

If an exchange is not possible, store credit will be provided.

*Special Order Policy

All special order purchases must be paid for in advance. As soon as an item has been purchased, orders cannot be canceled. All special order purchases are Final Sale. There are no exchanges and no returns. Exceptions to include items returned due to manufacturer's defects ONLY. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
